Instructed by a leading Insurance
Company, Operatives uncovered an insurance fraud when a trickster (himself, an insurance
Company Manager), tried to make a false claim. Working in collusion with owners of a
jewellers shop, the man enlisted the shop owners to say he had bought a Rolex watch from
them, which he subsequently claimed he lost. Various discreet enquiries soon established
that the £7,000 claim was a lie and the watch never existed. The fraudster, it transpired
held numerous policies, all with different companies and was set on making illegal money
from them. His expert knowledge of the insurance world allowed him to file his
claims convincingly. This Agency's expertise and covert observation work was commended by
a Crown Court Judge in this matter. |
